Distilled by the Master Jim McEwan to show that Islay whiskies can be good without peat. McEwan showed his crazy level to attain a traditional margin this time. If you specifically like peat don’t bother. Though it is delicious and joyful for others. I must state that I loved the alcohol level of 50% for this dram.
